Rebecca Milner is a resident of the Terra Nova colony. She is the wife of Howard Milner, who at one point admitted to killing a man named Foster, who had been having an affair with Rebecca. It was later determined that Howard was merely trying to cover for Rebecca, who he thought was the real killer of Foster. It turned out that Rebecca was not the killer either, as Foster was murdered by the officer, Curran. ("Bylaw")
