Memorial Field is the cemetery for deceased members of the Terra Nova colony. According to Nathaniel Taylor, its two fields are filled with simple headstones for colonists that died of Sincyllic Fever, deceased soldiers and people who gave their lives to save the colony.
In the episode "Bylaw", Taylor tells Jim what kind of people are buried there and tearfully tells Jim that Ken Foster will be the first murder victim buried there.
In the episode "Now You See Me", it is mentioned that Skye's parents are buried there (before it was revealed that Skye's mother, Deborah, is alive), and Taylor mentions that the majority of people who have died from Sincyllic Fever. Taylor and Skye go for a walk there later on.
